I had a run in today with a very unruly executive over a relatively small ammount of money. Its not the issue that bothers me, its that they made me cry. I hate it when they get to me. I am constantly surprised by grown adults I encouter who act like children. I am equally surprised that I never see it coming. I always assume individuals will act in a grown-up, mature fashion. That's why I am so often blindsided by immature behavior. When will I learn?
