Disney Daydreams

Guess who? Sassy and Mommy looking for Mickey Mouse! Sophia decided before we got there that we had to see Mickey first!  That's the great thing about Disney--you get to make their wishes come true!
For posterity!
Chip & Dale's Treehouse

Gadget's roller coaster. Sophia unleashed her daredevil self, she LOVED it! Look out world!

Quiet moment on the train, Sophia's deciding weather she wants so see Pooh next or Tinker Belle?  Well Tinker Belle had a 60 minute wait so we went with Pooh.
See ya later Elasta Girl! We watched the Incredibles last week.   Sophia wasn't afraid to say hi to any of the characters. In fact, I think she ran into a couple of other people's pictures in her excitement.
Playhouse Disney!  Little Einstines, My Friends Tigger & Pooh, Mickey Mouse Playhouse! I don't know who had more fun, Sophia or Mommy.  We both knew ALL the songs! Look at those smiles! Nate LOVES Pooh, or at least he did as a kid, so it was a joy to introduce Sophia to Pooh Bear.
Patience is a virtue!

One Disney employee remarked that Sophia had more tattoos than she did! Well they are Little Einstein tattoos,  They came with the bubble bath!

The only thing Sophia asked for all day, was a set of ears. Do you think she likes 'em?
End of a perfect day. Neither of us could believe that Disney honored DisneyWorld tickets from 1990! What a special place. Thanks Nana & Papa for making this day possible.

Los Angeles Science Center

What to do in LA on a rainy Saturday?  How 'bout the Science Center?
Seriously? Sophia can't believe that's what her tummy looks like inside!
Sid the Science Kid taught us what a soundwave is--now we get to experience one. Thanks PBS!

California Dreaming

Sophia's newest friend, Mr. Maxime, Daddy's coworker from the Ukraine.  Mr. Max was far from his home and family and so Sophia made the time pass a little faster.  We had a great time getting to know him.
Daddy sneaks in a little quality time reading Strawberry Shortcake.
Doing 'school' at Borders in LA.
