Daddy Day at Gymnastics!

Cold weather sets mid-west mom's scrambling for inside play that gets the wiggles out.

Our family favorite is gymnastics. Sophia has no fear and so dropping into a pit of foam blocks is right up her alley. So is hanging, jumping, flipping, (pretty typical for three) and gymnastics uses all of their powers for good!

I was also thrilled to hear about Lunch Bunch a supervised open gym available everyday so parents can run errands while toddlers work on their back handspring!
