Our earliest memories for both included travel abroad and it has
been a constant in our lives. So it was a natural that the entire theme
of our wedding be vintage travel, in keepingwith our similar backgrounds.
This idea was something I coulnd't pass up the scarf is a recreation of one
of my grandmothers and the silver object is a recreation of the engraved
compass I gave Nate as a wedding present.

SK--These are SOOO great!!! I love your cake--how unique!! Oh my gosh, I just can't gush enough--you are SO, so beautiful! I, too, cannot BELIEVE I wasn't there. :( I will always regret it...but then again, I had just delivered a baby, which I DON't regret.
